This property is located in the Magic Valley area of central southern Idaho
near the small town of Murtaugh, halfway between Twin Falls and Burley and in Twin
Falls County. It is 90 miles from Sun Valley, 120 miles from Boise and 100 miles from Pocatello.
The climate is great with four seasons to enjoy and mostly mild winters with little snow in the valleys.
The spectacular view from the property takes in the South Hills several miles to the south, where horse
back riding and other recreation is abundant, and the recreational Murtaugh Lake is ½ mile to the west.
To the east is Mt. Harrison, famous for the Pomerelle ski area. Ninety miles to the north is Sun Valley
and on over the mountains from Sun Valley is the Stanley Basin recreational area where there are
the “little Alps” of Idaho and plenty of fishing hunting and camping areas.
The school systems are good in Murtaugh and throughout the valley, and Twin Falls is home
to the College of Southern Idaho (CSI), which is growing all the time.
